The USCIS has announced the expansion of premium processing to all multinational manager petitions and national interest waiver petitions that are pending with the USCIS, as well as all new multinational manager and national interest waiver petitions. The USCIS announcement also outlines the phases of premium processing to F1 students seeking OPT and stem OPT extensions and to some I-539 applications.
