Elizabeth joined Trow & Rahal as a Shareholder in 2021 and has been working in the field of immigration law since 1993. Her work primarily focuses on employment and family-based immigration matters, with distinct expertise working with EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 Visa Petitions. She also works with global companies and individuals on international transfers to the U.S. on L and E Visas and provides expert counsel to J-1 visa holders.

Elizabeth received her J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School, and her B.A. degree in Government, with a minor in French, from the College of William & Mary. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) where she served on the AILA State Department Liaison Committee from 2009 – 2011, and she is now a member of AILA’s Rome District Chapter.

Elizabeth is highly regarded in the legal community and has been recognized for her achievements in many publications, including The Best Lawyers in America, The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, Who’s Who Legal (Corporate Immigration), and U.S. News & World Report Best Law Firms (Tier 1). In addition to her recognition in these publications, she has authored numerous publications and given presentations at conferences around the United States and France. Her speaking engagements include having served as a lecturer in immigration law for the District of Columbia Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program.
