A native of Clifton, Virginia, Junayd Rehman began his career in immigration and nationality law as a staff attorney for a large immigration firm in the DC area. Prior, he worked for the Library of Congress, as a student attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, and as a legal intern for USAID's largest project in the Kingdom of Jordan. He earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2021, concentrating in International Law, after graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Government & International Politics from George Mason University in 2017.
While at William & Mary Law School, Junayd served as co-president of the Immigration Law & Service Society. In that role, he helped organize numerous fundraising drives, English as a Second Language classes, and naturalization classes for recently admitted refugees and immigrants in the United States, focusing on families with young children.
Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, reading and writing.
Junayd is a member of the Minnesota Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
