Steve Trow has been the CEO of Trow & Rahal since the law firm was founded in 1993. He has practiced immigration and nationality law since 1980, focusing his practice exclusively on this field since 1989. From 1978 to 1989 he worked in the Washington, DC office of a major New York law firm handling corporate finance and federal regulatory matters.
